Yupoo sneakers: compare the shape first
Sneakers are the most researched category in the Yupoo ecosystem. Everyone can spot a silhouette; fewer can tell a good toe box from a collapsed one. That gap is where QC photos earn their keep.
Our approach is comparative: put two or three listings of the same model side by side, then ask what changes between the price tiers. Shape, materials, stitching and labels are the four axes.
What the tiers usually mean
Reference ranges from the catalogue snapshot; confirm the current price on the product page.
$35–$60
Simpler builds, basic colourways
$60–$95
Better materials, popular models
$95–$150
Closest shape and finishing

Sneakers, narrowed down
Read the profile, not the logo
A side-on photo at eye level tells you more than any logo close-up. Check heel height, toe-box volume and the angle where the midsole meets the upper. Those proportions are what people recognise at a glance.
Price tiers are build tiers
A cheaper listing usually means a simpler build: thinner leather, flatter shape, coarser stitching. That is not automatically bad, but you should know which compromise you are accepting.
Sizing is model-specific
The same size can fit differently across silhouettes. Measure your foot in centimetres, read the chart for that model, and ask the seller whether it runs narrow.
Four practical notes
- Ask for a straight side profile and a toe-box close-up.
- Confirm the batch or version before paying.
- Check the size tag and insole print in QC.
- Decide whether the box is worth the volumetric weight.
Sneakers: common questions
How many QC photos should I ask for?
At least six: both sides, toe box, heel, tongue label and outsole. Add a measurement photo if sizing is uncertain.
Do sneakers fit true to size?
Mostly, but models vary. Measure your foot and compare with the specific chart; ask about narrow or wide lasts.
Is a higher price always a better batch?
Usually it reflects better materials and finishing, but the best choice depends on which details you care about.
Can I ship shoes without boxes?
Often yes, and it saves volume. Ask your agent first; some lines require original packaging for insurance claims.
What is the biggest red flag in QC?
A shape that differs from the album’s side profile. If the toe box or heel is visibly off, reject before shipping.
